WIAW – July 24

Fooooooooooooooddddddddd…….

Breakfast this week has been a very delicious bowl of beef heart with bacon, onion, and mushrooms. Today I had it with a nectarine.

Curry-spiced sweet potatoes and broccoli for lunch.

And, by the time we got around to dinner, we decided to just grab a (gluten free, dairy free) pizza.

WIAW – February 27

Breakfast: bone broth, sauerkraut, chicken, and orange juice. I have recently become OBSESSED with orange juice. I can’t stop drinking it.

Today I snacked on more cuties(!), a banana, and the most amazing plantain chips in the entire world (from this recipe at thepaleomom.com).
