Breakfast: bone broth, sauerkraut, chicken, and orange juice. I have recently become OBSESSED with orange juice. I can’t stop drinking it.

  1. All sounds very tasty! Given your past ailments, I’d caution you against too much sugar, even from fruit. I personally have to watch out for the same thing. You can find online sources that will tell you how much sugar, on average is in various fruits. It’s nice just to be aware. It’s easy to consume more than I think, & “bad guys”in the gut thrive on sugar. It also can cause inflammation. You’re probably fine, again, just something to be aware of. The main thing for you to consider right now is the juice. I never consume more than 4 ounces of fruit juice in a day.

  2. Thanks, Mollie. I think that’s a really good point. I have been wondering if I am really craving the orange juice for the vitamins, etc. or if I am craving it for the sugar 😦
